All the info you should need...

We have done our best to make sure that everything is self-explanatory, labeled, and evident in order to make your stay comfortable and easy. We have included some basics about the property and its features below to help you enjoy the house like its your own!

Check-In Procedure

Check-in is an easy process. The main door to the house is accessible via a keypad. Each guest is provided with a custom access code, generally the last 4 digits of the phone number you provided during the booking process. 

 

If, for some reason, the door's keypad becomes inoperable, there is a lockbox on the side of the house with a key that will get you access. Please reach out to either the local contact or the homeowner to get the code. 

Should you need it, an AC unit is located in the living room. It is plugged in and ready to operate with the remote attached. In addition, there are fans located in each room. Please be mindful to turn both the AC unit as well as the fans off when not in use. 

 

Bath towels are located in the hall closet outside of the bedrooms; please do not take the bath towels to the beach with you. In the bathroom, you will find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. In the basket on the vanity in the bathroom, you will find a little welcome bag we supplied for you with any toiletry items you may have forgotten - feel free to keep these items at the end of your stay. 

Check-Out Procedure

We have tried to keep check out as simple as possible as we hate laundry lists of things to do when ending our vacations as well. There is a list of checkout items pinned to the fridge, but just in case, we will list them out here as well!

- Strip the beds

- Leave all dirty towels in a pile

- Load and start the dishwasher

- Log out of your accounts on any TVs you may have logged in on

- Take the trash to the cans located in the box by the curb

- If you have recycling, it can be taken to the recycling center located near the main clubhouse

- Have a safe trip home, and stay with us again! 

Cleaning and Household Supplies

- Basic household cleaning supplies have been provided for you. They are located underneath the kitchen sink. In addition, there is a vacuum, broom, dustpan, bucket and mop located in the hall closet. 

- A few rolls of paper towels have been provided, if you are staying for an extended period of time, you may want to bring some additional rolls with you. 

- A few rolls of toilet paper have been provided, if you are staying for an extended period of time, you may want to bring some additional rolls with you. 

- Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body wash have been provided and are available in the shower in case you forgot your own. 

Gas Grill

There is a 4-burner gas grill located on the deck for your BBQing convenience. Operation is demonstrated in this video. Please be sure to keep the grill slightly away from the deck railing. When you are done using the grill please be sure to clean the grill, turn off the propane, and recover the grill once it is cool.  

Gas Fire Pit

Open fires are not allowed in the community. For your convenience, we have a propane-operated fire pit located on the deck. The operation of the fire pit is explained in this video. Please be sure the fire pit is not too close to the deck railing, and be sure to cover the fire pit once you are done using it, and the fire pit has cooled off.  

Televisions

The house has a smart TV in the living room as well as each of the bedrooms. Common applications such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and more are already downloaded to the TV. In order to utilize the applications, you will need to log in to your personal account. 

- There are some free items to watch that are accessible without logging in to an account. 

- The living room TV has some live TV channels that can be accessed by switching the TV's input to HDMI 1 and utilizing the remote with the Tivo branding. 

- Please be sure to log out of all of your accounts at the end of your stay to prevent future renters from accessing your account. 

Linens

The house comes equipped with all the linens you should need for your stay. 

- 12 Bath towels

- 6 hand towels

- 12 wash clothes

- Extra set of sheets for each bed

*Please do not remove any of the linens from the house. Inventory of all linen items is taken during the cleaning process at the end of your stay and if items are missing you may be charged for them. 

Washer & Dryer

There is a washer and dryer on the premises with ample soap present for your stay. Directions for use are located on top of the washing machine. Please be sure to turn the water on at the valve located behind the washing machine when planning to use the machine and off again when not in use. This is to help us prevent leaks in the home. 

Wi-Fi

- Details for wifi login can be found in your welcome email.

- There is also a QR code just inside the front door that you can scan with your smartphone in order to connect to the Wi-Fi.
