- The community takes traffic laws very seriously. Please obey all posted speed limit signs. The fines for breaking the speed limit are quite steep.
- There are absolutely no fireworks allowed in the community.
- There are no open fires allowed in the community

The fines for violating these items are very steep and the cost of the fine will be passed along to you as the renter.

Mountain
Lake
Indian Mountain Lake is a private gated community situated in the heart of the Pocono wilderness. It offers guests numerous amenities, including 5 lakes and 2 pools, along with playgrounds, tennis courts and basketball courts.
Guest Amenities Wrist Bands
In order to access and utilize the amenities of the community, guests must purchase wrist bands. Wrist bands are $10 a piece and are good for the entire length of your stay. They can be purchased at the Main Office or at the Seneca Pool snack stand. The Seneca Pool is closed for the season starting shortly after Labor Day. During the Fall, Winter, and Spring months we recombined going to the Main Office to purchase your wristbands during their open hours.

Seneca Pool
A great place to spend a hot afternoon with family and friends! Includes a smaller kiddie pool for younger children.

Lakes
Main Lake
Main Lake is our largest lake in the development that spans 45 acres! It is also 4 ft deep and has a great fish life for our avid fisherman! We also have boat launches located at Crescent Way and North Shore Drive. There are also several different playgrounds for our younger members. Please keep in mind that the ropes are not put out for swimming until early summer.

Boulder Lake
Boulder Lake is the fan favorite in the community! It is 9.4 acres wide and goes to almost 12 feet deep! Boulder Lake also features a playground area, boat racks, and even a volleyball net. Please remember that swimming is allowed when the ropes are put out in early summer.

Twin Lake
Twin Lake is 3.5 acres wide and can go to be almost 6 feet deep.

Fishing Lake
Fishing Lake is 3.3 acres wide and 4 and a half feet deep and is a favorite for fishing! Please be sure to have both your state fishing license as well as an amenity badge when fishing on the lake.

Watauga Lake
Watauga may be our smallest lake at .6 acres, but it is still fun for our fishermen, nature enthusiasts, and families! Watauga also features a small playground area.
